Abstract

Within the context of emerging journalism studies, the regular criticism and successive efforts to determine the epistemological and methodological field boundaries, this paper inquires the agenda-setting and its nationwide successful approach. Starting with an empirical survey based on papers presented at the main Brazilian communication studies forums, we look analyze how Brazilian researchers reframe this traditional address, including the body of methodologies and the knowledge accumulation.
