This work aims to study the presence of neoliberal discourse in the podcasts of the Day1 event, organized by Endeavor Brasil. The analyzed set of podcasts, located in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic (2020/2021), is composed by the life narratives of “high impact” entrepreneurs, articulated with their advice and “recipes” for success. The methodology is based on social discourse theory and critical analysis of neoliberal discourse. The mapping carried out demonstrates how “inspirational” narratives are sustained in the individual experience, in the mobilization of affects and economic rationality to spread the ideology of entrepreneurship.
