Abstract

The expansion of opportunities for participation and interactivity due to the rise of social networking sites disappointed amplified the voice of the customer with the practices of organizations with respect to consumer relations. The online live does not minimize discontinuities, misunderstanding and disrespect the binomial consumer/organizations instead accelerates conflictualities. In this context, this article analyzes the way of respect/disrespect joined in the subscribed user speech on social site Reclame AQUI, pointing out that conflicts – inherent in the relationships – may be opportunities for the organization of coexistence and cohabitation in contemporary society.
