Protomassifications: the beginning of the communicational concept of massification in Ancient Greece

This article want to identify the start of the massification concept in Ancient Greece. The epistemological-historical investigation here put seeks to understand how concepts such as hoi polloi and isegoria in joints with rhetoric and parrhesia notions, can be marked as the beginning of a formulation of this key concept within the Communication Sciences, anticipating the classic formulation of massification posed by Alexis de Tocqueville.Downloads
