Abstract

Centered in the discussion of visual image, the text approaches its uses with informative function and the ramifications initially generated by an established opposition in the media realm between documentation and aesthetics. Based on the postulate that the images can constitute an important element to a communication aesthetics, the principle of the work is the printed journalism and it extends to some collaborative forms from cyberspace in the production of visual matters, dimensioning again the affirmative of a media aestheticization, supported, in these contexts, by its technical artifices and affective dimension of interactions.

The copyrights belong exclusively to the authors.
